		Development Workshop A brief explanation of the workshop content… The workshop will look at Bouffon with much finer detail breaking down all the elements that were touched upon in the introductory workshop while introducing brand new aspects to extend the students experience and knowledge. There are various important aspects of the Bouffon technique that cannot be covered in the introductory workshop due to time and level of difficulty, and with this development workshop offered in conjunction with the introductory workshop, the students can gain a broader overview and understanding of what is a very complex technique. The students will also have the opportunity to question and analyse what they have learned in the basics and apply their new found skills to the extended techniques. The introductory workshop covers: Creating a Bouffon physicality Enhancing and exaggerating physicality Enhancing character and personality Exploring selected important Bouffon elements through improvisation Devising a Bouffon performance The development workshop covers: Breaking down a Bouffon character Exploring vocals Exploring character and personality in more depth Exploring physicality in more depth Looking at new important Bouffon elements Looking at parody and other devising material Looking at the full performance structure Devising a performance All depending on the age group depends on what we cover in the workshop. Packages and deals One day Introductory workshop Two day Extended workshop (The intro and development workshop combined) A week workshop with a student performance Tailor made packages can be discussed...
